EVALUATION: The Medicaid eligibility process starts with a thorough evaluation of the client's financial situation. The Affordable Medicaid Planning team reviews Medicaid eligibility guidelines and determines if the client could qualify for Medicaid.
DISCOVER YOUR OPTIONS: Upon completion of the evaluation, we will determine ways to preserve assets as much as possible within Medicaid rules.
COMPLETE THE PROCESS: Once we've compiled the necessary information, Affordable Medicaid Planning, LLC will prepare and submit the application on your behalf.
RE-DETERMINATION: Medicaid requires an annual review of the client's situation. We will complete and file the necessary documents annually to assure our client maintains Medicaid eligibility.
